- How does Ireland plan to implement recommendations from CAT regarding conditions and treatment of detainees in Irish prisons?

- Does Ireland plan to establish an independent and effective complaints and investigation mechanism for prisoners, as recommended by CAT?

- What is Ireland prepared to do to bring laws, regulations and medical practise in line with international standards so that legal abortions can be carried out?

- What progress has been made to implement the recent European Court of Human Rights’ judgment in A, B and C–v–Ireland case?  Could you please elaborate on the time frame and terms of reference of the established expert group, and how you plan to implement the group’s recommendations? 

- What can Ireland do to secure inclusion of migrants, including Roma, with regard to education and access to the labour market and services?

- Is Ireland prepared to enact legislation to underpin the right of workers to collective bargaining through their trade unions in line with the Irelands international commitments?

- Could you please elaborate on how civil society will be involved in the follow up of this review?
