Norway the 5th largest contributor to UN

A fresh report from ECOSOC places Norway as the fith largest contributing country to the UN.

The US is still the largest donator, closely followed by the United Kingdom, Japan and Sweden.  But when the contributions are ranked according to the country`s gross national income, it places Norway on the top spot by 0.27 percent. Sweden, Luxenbourg, Denmark and the Netherlands are also in the top of the list.
