On 23 September 2010, Acting Deputy Permanent Representative of Norway to the WTO, Ms. Camilla Blom, and Head of the Negotating Team for Bosnia and Herzegovina’s accession to the WTO, Mr. Hamdo Tinjak, signed the bilateral protocol which concludes the negotiations between Norway and Bosnia and Herzegovina on goods and services. Bilateral negotiations with all interested Members of the WTO are a prerequisite for an acceding state or separate customs territory to become a member of the WTO. - Norway is pleased to be the first WTO member with which Bosnia and Herzegovina signed a bilateral protocol, says Acting Minister Counsellor Camilla Blom.
