Trade Policy Review of Norway

Norway's economy has performed strongly since its previous Trade Policy Review thanks to sound macroeconomic policies, a generally liberal export regime and rising export prices. These are some of the conclusions in the WTO Secretariat's report on the trade policies and practices of Norway.

The fifth Trade Policy Review of Norway took place in the WTO on 22 and 24 October 2008. See the opening and closing interventions (TPR Opening Statement,TPR Opening Statement,TPR Reply Statement) of Norway's Head of Delegation to the meeting,

Deputy Director General Dagfinn Sørli. The official documents from the meeting can be found at the WTO's website: http://www.wto.org/english/tratop_e/tpr_e/tp305_e.htm
