On 19 October 2010, Acting Deputy Permanent Representative of Norway to the WTO, Ms. Camilla Blom, and Serbian Head of Delegation Ms. Vesna Arsic, signed the bilateral protocol which concludes the negotiations between Norway and Serbia on goods and services. Bilateral negotiations with all interested Members of the WTO are a prerequisite for an acceding state or separate customs territory to become a member of the WTO.
